Owner and Brewmaster Gretchen Schmidhausler has been working in breweries since 1996. As New Jersey's first professional woman craft brewer, Gretchen has gained a reputation for creating authentic, flavorful and drinkable beers. (She’s also won three medals at the Great American Beer Festival.)
